These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the League Derby platform ("Platform"), operated by 6 All ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
League Derby is a digital NRL trading card competition platform. Users build squads from their physical NRL trading cards and compete in simulated matches against other users' squads on a seasonal ranked ladder.
Match outcomes are determined by a simulation engine that incorporates player ratings, card modifiers, out-of-position penalties, weather conditions, venue effects and other factors. Match results involve an element of random generation and are not solely determined by skill.
The Platform is operated as a promotional competition, not as a gambling service. Prize money is funded entirely by 6 All and is not derived from user entry fees or purchases.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Users who submit a squad photo verify that their physical NRL trading cards match the players entered in their squad. Submitting a squad photo that does not accurately reflect your physical cards is prohibited.
Users may also participate with a digital squad drafted from the available player pool. Digital squads are eligible for prize money on the same basis as physical card squads, subject to the eligibility requirements in section 5.3.
We reserve the right to request verification of physical cards at any time. Failure to provide verification, or evidence of misrepresentation, may result in squad disqualification and account suspension.
League Derby operates in seasons. Season 1 runs from the platform launch date to 22 November 2026.
A total prize pool of AUD $5,000.00 will be shared among the eligible users whose squads rank 1st through 8th on the ranked ladder at the conclusion of Season 1 (22 November 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST), distributed as follows: 1st place AUD $2,000.00; 2nd place AUD $1,200.00; 3rd place AUD $800.00; 4th through 8th place AUD $200.00 each.

Each user is eligible to receive at most one prize per season, regardless of how many squads they hold. Where more than one of a user's squads would otherwise place 1st through 8th, that user will receive only the single highest-value prize corresponding to their best-placed squad. 6 All reserves the right to determine the allocation of any prize amount arising from this limitation.
Winners will be contacted via the email address registered to their account within 7 days of season end. Prize payment will be made via bank transfer. Each winner must respond within 14 days or their prize may be forfeited.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Game packs and draft purchases provide additional gameplay opportunities but do not increase the probability of winning beyond the skill and engagement factors described in the simulation rules.
Certain features of the Platform, including additional draft squads and game packs, are available for purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will provide a remedy (refund, replacement or credit) if a purchased item fails to function as described due to a technical error on our part, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Breach of these rules may result in squad disqualification, account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the 6 All and League Derby branding, simulation engine, design and software, is owned by or licensed to 6 All. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
NRL player names and statistics are used under fair use for the purposes of a fantasy competition. League Derby is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NRL or any NRL trading card manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or loss of anticipated savings.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to ensure the Platform functions correctly, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
