6 All ("we", "us", "our") operates the League Derby platform at 6-all.com.au. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. Information We Collect

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Username (chosen by you)
• Squad name and home ground
• Player names and card types entered into your squad
• Squad photo (optional, required for prize eligibility)
• Messages submitted via the Contact Us form

• Match history and results
• Platform usage data (matches played, achievements earned, ladder position)
• Push notification subscription tokens (if you enable notifications)
• Browser local storage data (theme preferences, session data)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Run the League Derby competition and maintain the ranked ladder
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, competition updates)
• Send push notifications (if you have enabled them)
• Respond to enquiries submitted via Contact Us
• Administer the prize competition and contact winners
• Detect and prevent prohibited conduct
• Improve the Platform

We do not sell your personal information. We do use limited data — such as a hashed email address — with advertising partners like Meta to measure and improve our own ad campaigns.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2 region). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and associated records are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

5. Third Parties

We share your information with the following third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Sydney, Australia)
• Netlify — web hosting (global CDN)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (when payments are enabled)
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and analytics. We use Meta's Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and match visitors to Meta's advertising system using hashed contact information (such as email address). You can opt out of personalised advertising via your Meta ad preferences.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own purposes.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

League Derby uses browser local storage (not cookies) to store your session, theme preferences and notification settings. This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

7. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your browser generates a unique push subscription token which is stored securely in our database and used solely to deliver notifications to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time via the Settings page or your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (available directly via Settings → Delete Account)
• Make a complaint about how we handle your information

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 may use the Platform but are not eligible to claim prize money.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
